【摘要】 目的分析中医医疗技术的操作特点,探讨编码方法,提高中国传统医学手术操作分类的准确性。方法通过对《中医医疗技术手册》(2013普及版)中11大类技术的作用机理进行详细解释,根据国际疾病分类ICD-9-CM-3手术操作编码规则,研究分析各类中医医疗技术的编码。结果在ICD-9-CM-3体系之下按分类规则编码传统医学操作,确定各类技术的分类轴心与主导词,列举查找步骤,得到各类中医医疗技术的正确编码。对于在ICD-9-CM-3中提示无需编码的部分操作,为统计中医特色治疗,建议增加部分扩展码。结论为保证全国病案首页编码数据能够进行同质化标准采集、比较和分析,中医医疗技术的手术操作编码,必须要符合国际疾病分类ICD-9-CM-3手术操作编码规则,在实际工作中,编码员必须了解中医操作的具体方法与主要作用机理才能准确编码,而不能望文生义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper analyzed the operation characteristics of TCM medical technology, discussed the coding method, and improved the accuracy of Chinese traditional medical operation classification. Method Through the detailed explanation of the mechanism of action of 11 categories of technologies in the TCM medical technology manual(2013 universal edition), the codes of various TCM medical technologies were studied and analyzed according to the ICD-9-cm-3 coding rules of the international classification of diseases. Result Under the ICD-9-cm-3 system, traditional medical operations were coded according to the classification rules, the classification axes and leading words of various technologies were determined, and the search steps were listed. The correct codes of various TCM medical technologies were obtained. For those operations that were suggested to be coded in ICD-9-cm-3, some extension codes were suggested to be added for the purpose of making statistics on the characteristic treatment of TCM. Conclusions In order to guarantee the medical record front page encoding data to compare homogeneity standard collection and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine medical technology operation code, must conform to the international classification of diseases(ICD-9-CM-3 encoding rules of operation, in practice, a coder must understand the operation of specific methods of TCM and the main mechanism could accurately encoding, not means.更多还原
