【摘要】 目的观察他汀类药物用药依从性对缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)患者卒中复发的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年1月间收治的IS患者400例,对入选患者一般临床资料进行详细记录,并于出院后3 m、6 m、1 y 3个时间点进行随访,对患者他汀类药物服药情况进行统计,并根据服药具体情况进行分组,对比服药依从性良好与服药依从性差的患者IS复发情况。结果入选患者最终获访345例,失访55例,死亡6例。出院后随访统计结果发现,服药依从性良好患者200例(良好组),缺血性卒中复发患者25例(12. 5%);服药依从性差的患者145例(不良组),缺血性卒中复发患者36例(24. 8%),良好组IS复发率低于不良组(P <0. 05)。结论 IS患者他汀类服药依从性随出院时间延长呈下降趋势,IS患者出院后的他汀类药物服药依从性可影响缺血性脑卒中复发,提高出院后他汀类药物服药依从性可降低卒中复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of statins compliance on the stroke recurrence in patients with ischemic stroke( IS). Methods A total of 400 patients with IS who were admitted in our hospital from January,2016 to January,2017 were included in the study and their general clinical materials were recorded in details. A follow-up visit was done at 3 m,6 m,and 1 y after hospital discharge. The patients were divided into groups based on statins compliance. IS recurrence was compared between those who had a good and bad medication compliance. Results Among the enrolled patients,345 patients obtained a follow-up visit,55 were withdrawn,and 6 were dead. The follow-up statistical results after discharge showed that 25( 12. 5%) patients had IS recurrence among the favorable group( n = 200); while 36( 24. 8%) patients had recurrence among the unfavorable group( n = 145). IS recurrence rate in the favorable group was significantly lower than that in the unfavorable group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion With the discharge time extended,the statins compliance in IS patients was reduced. The statins compliance in patients with IS after discharge can affect the recurrence of IS,therefore,enhancing the statins compliance after discharge can reduce the recurrence rate of IS.更多还原
