不同性别超重2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与体脂率的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨不同性别超重T2DM患者的血糖波动与体脂率的关系。方法收集2018年9月~2019年10月于牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院内分泌科住院的100例超重T2DM患者,其中男57例,女43例,BMI 24~28 kg/m~2,采用自我血糖监测方法评估血糖波动,利用相关和线性回归方法分析不同性别患者的血糖波动指标与体脂率的关系。结果男性SDBG与PBF、LDL-C呈独立正相关(P<0.05);PPGE与PBF呈独立正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈独立负相关(P<0.05);LAGE与LDL-C呈独立正相关(P<0.05)。女性患者SDBG、PPGE与PBF呈独立正相关(P<0.05)。结论在超重2型糖尿病男性及女性患者中,血糖波动与PBF呈独立正相关;另外,在男性患者中,血糖波动指标也与HDL-C呈独立负相关,与LDL-C呈独立正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and body fat rate in overweight T2DM patients of different genders. Methods A total of 100 overweight T2DM patients who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from September 2018 to October 2019 were collected, including 57 males and 43 females, with BMI ranging from 24 to 28 kg/m~2. Self-blood glucose monitoring method was used to evaluate blood glucose fluctuations. The correlation and linear regression methods were used to analyze the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation indicators and body fat rates in patients of different genders. Results Male SDBG was independently positively correlated with PBF and LDL-C(P<0.05). PPGE was independently positively correlated with PBF(P<0.05), and independently negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05). LAGE was independently positively correlated with LDL-C(P<0.05). SDBG and PPGE of female patients were independently positively correlated with PBF(P<0.05). Conclusion In overweight male and female patients with type 2 diabetes disease, body blood glucose fluctuations are independently positively correlated with PBF. In addition, blood glucose fluctuations in male patients are also independently negatively correlated with HDL-C and independently positively correlated with LDL-C.
