【摘要】 目的分析维持性血液透析中引发低血压的因素及相应的护理对策。方法严格遵循知情与自愿原则从2016年12月～2019年3月就诊于本院并接受维持性血液透析治疗的患者中随机选择50例作为本次研究对象。由医护人员就维持性血液透析中引发低血压的可能性因素进行分析并予以针对性的护理,而后观察记录50例患者的低血压发生率、并发症发生率与生活质量变化情况。结果 50例维持性血液透析患者经针对性护理后的低血压发生率与并发症总发生率分别为6.00%和8.00%,且护理后的各项生活质量指标数据高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明确导致维持性血液透析患者在治疗过程中引发低血压的可能性因素,有利于临床对患者采取更具针对性和完善性的护理措施,进而有效预防低血压现象的发生,同时还可在最小化并发症发生率的基础上不断优化其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the factors that cause hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis and the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 50 patients from December 2016 to March 2019 who were admitted to our hospital were selected and received maintenance hemodialysis treatment as the object of this study,strictly following the principles of knowledge and voluntariness. The medical staff analyzed the possible factors of hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis and gave targeted nursing,and then observed and recorded the incidence of hypotension,complications and quality of life in 50 patients. Results The comprehensive analysis of the research results showed that the incidence of hypotension and the total incidence of complications after targeted nursing in 50 maintenance hemodialysis patients were 6.00% and 8.00%,respectively,and the differences in the quality of life indicators before and after nursing were all significant. And the quality of life indicators after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion Clarifying the factors that may cause hypotension in the maintenance hemodialysis patients during treatment is conducive to more targeted and comprehensive nursing measures for patients,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of hypotension,and at the same time it continuously optimizes patients’ quality of life on the basis of minimizing the incidence of complications,更多还原
