【摘要】 目的探讨鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效及护理效果。方法选择2017年8月～2018年1月来我院治疗的分泌性中耳炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予全面护理,比较两组的护理效果,并发症发生率及比较两组的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及日常生活能力。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,对照组的总有效率为80.00%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼓膜穿孔、内耳损伤、鼓室粘连、中耳感染等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的全面护理,能够提高患者治疗的总有效率,有效减少并发症发生情况,减轻患者疼痛症状,改善患者生活能力,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing effect of tympanic membrane puncture on secretory otitis media. Methods Eighty patients with secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from August 2017 to January2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on the nursing of the control group. The effect of nursing, incidence of complications, visual analogue pain score(VAS)and daily living ability between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was better than 80.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications including tympanic membrane perforation, inner ear injury, tympanic adhesions, middle ear infection was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the con trol group(P<0.05). The score of daily living ability of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of tympanic membrane puncture for the treatment of secretory otitis media can improve the patient’s total effective rate of cure. It can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, reduce the patients ’pain symptoms, and improve the patients’ living ability, which is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
