【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下选择性翼管神经切断术对伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉患者的治疗效果。方法选取2016年9月～2018年9月期间我院收治的126例伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象,根据患者的手术方式分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=79),对照组患者行功能性鼻内镜手术,研究组患者在对照组手术的基础上增加内镜下选择性翼管神经切断术,同时两组均继续药物保守治疗变应性鼻炎;比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状评分和并发症发生率。结果研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组,鼻塞、流鼻涕、打喷嚏、鼻痒等症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下选择性翼管神经切断术对伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉患者的治疗效果较好,安全性较高,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of selective vidian neurotomy under nasal endoscope on patients with nasal polyps of allergic rhinitis. Methods 126 patients with nasal polyps of allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group(n=47) and the study group(n=79). The control group underwent functional nasal endoscopic surgery, and the study group added endoscopic selective vidian neurotomy on the basis of the control group. At the same time, both groups were given conservative treatment for allergic rhinitis. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the scores of symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itching were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no difference in postoperative complication incidence between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The selective vidian neurotomy under nasal endoscope for the treatment of patients with nasal polyps with allergic rhinitis is better,safer, and worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
