基于LabVIEW的气缸摩擦力测试系统设计
Design of Cylinder Friction Test System Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 舵机是制导导弹控制系统的重要组成部分,也是飞行控制系统的执行机构[1]。气缸作为舵机关键部件之一,其摩擦性能对舵机伺服系统性能起着极为重要的作用。为准确、快速地测量气缸在工况条件下的摩擦力变化特性,基于虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW,设计了气缸摩擦力测试系统。该测试系统主要包括硬件平台和人机交互界面两部分。硬件平台主要包括工控机、摩擦力测试台、测试系统接口箱及数据采集卡。人机交互界面具有测试参数设置、数据采集、处理、储存及打印等功能。该摩擦力测试系统具有样机尺寸小、操作便捷、测试结果准确等优点。测试试验结果表明,该测试系统测试方法合理,测试系统运行可靠,测试效率较高,能进行稳定、实时的数据采集及处理,操作和维护方便,满足了气缸测试的关键需求。
【Abstract】 The steering gear is an important part of the guided missile control system, and it is also the execution mechanism of the flight control system.As one of the key components of the steering gear, the cylinder plays a very important role to the frictional performance of the servo system.In order to accurately and quickly measure the frictional characteristics of the cylinder under operating conditions, the cylinder friction test system based on the virtual instrument development software LabVIEW is designed.The test system mainly consists of a hardware platform and a human-computer interaction interface.The hardware platform mainly includes an industrial control computer, a friction test bench, a test system interface box and a data acquisition card.The human-computer interaction interface has the functions of test parameter setting, data acquisition, processing, storage and printing..The friction test system has advantages of small prototype size, convenient operation and accurate test results.The test results show that the test system performs reasonable test methods, reliable test system operation, high test efficiency, stable and real-time data collection and processing.Also, their convenient operation and maintenance satisfy the key requirements of cylinder testing.
