对称铺设碳纤维复合板振动特性等效建模

【摘要】 以多层对称铺设的碳纤维复合板为研究对象,首先依据经典层合板建模理论建立铺层材料参数与复合板刚度系数间的理论关系,推导出复合板等效刚度的简化计算表达式,从而构建了单层和多层复合板的动态特性简化模型。进而以固支边界的16层矩形碳纤维复合薄板的动态特性模拟为例,通过对比简化等效建模方法与传统有限元多层建模方法的计算一致性,初步验证了所提简化计算方法的准确性和有效性,并在此基础上分析比较了铺层数量和面积对等效前后计算耗时的影响。最后通过数例仿真,就铺层对称性对等效模型计算有效性范围的影响进行分析说明。该研究为进一步开展多层碳纤维板结构的声振特性研究提供了有力的理论建模及分析预测工具。

【Abstract】 Vibro-acoustic modelling of carbon fiber composite plate structures tends to be very difficult due to the complexity of the laminations and the associated material properties.In this paper,a simple modelling method is developed for symmetriclayered ply carbon fiber composite panel structures based on classical laminated plate theory.Firstly,analytic expressions arededuced between the ply material parameters and the stiffness coefficients of the composite plate,from which an equivalent stiffness of the composite panel can be determined,and hence allow the multi-layer structure to be simply modelled as a singlelayer one.Secondly,a numerical model of 16-layer rectangular carbon fiber composite plate with clamped boundaries is used to evaluate the performances of the new modelling approach.By comparing the calculation results of dynamic properties of the plate from both the new approach and the convention finite element method,agood agreement is observed between this two sets of results.Moreover,the new approach also exhibit an excellent computational efficiency when the computational costs arecompared with those of FE-modelling corresponding to different numbers of layers and different plate surface areas.Finally,the validity condition of the new approach isexplained by a special example of asymmetric laminations.The new modelling approach is expected to provide a rapid modeling tool for vibro-acoustic analysis of multi-layer carbon fiber plates and similar laminated structures.
