压电悬臂梁振动能量收集器研究进展

【摘要】 能量收集技术是一种面向无线低功耗应用的供能技术,基于压电效应的悬臂梁振动能量收集是其中的一项重要方法。然而,悬臂梁式收集器仅在有限狭窄的频率带宽内有效,在实际应用中受到限制。针对近些年研究人员提出的优化方法进行了总结,从线性与非线性拓宽频带法、频率调谐法的角度进行分类讨论,这些方法对于突破悬臂梁收集器窄频带的瓶颈具有积极的意义。通过不同的研究思路介绍了一些近年的研究热点与关键技术问题,例如低频、多方向能量收集等,并对目前的应用研究进行总结;最后,对悬臂梁式压电振动能量收集器的研究不足与未来的发展趋势做出了思考。

【Abstract】 Energy collection technology is a kind of energy supply technology facing to wireless low-power dissipation applications. Vibration energy collection with cantilever beam based on piezoelectric effect is an important method for energy collection. However, the cantilever collector is only effective in a limited narrow frequency bandwidth, it is limited in practical application. Here, the optimization methods proposed by researchers in recent years were summarized and classified from perspectives of linear and nonlinear broadening frequency band method and frequency tuning method. It was shown that these methods have positive significance for breaking through the bottleneck of narrow frequency band of cantilever collector. Then, some research hotspots and key technical issues in recent years from different research ideas, such as, low-frequency, multi-directional energy collection, etc. were introduced and the current application studies were summarized. At last, the research deficiency and future development trend of cantilever beam type piezoelectric vibration energy collector were described.
