【摘要】 目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊联合盐酸贝尼地平对原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予盐酸贝尼地平,观察组在对照组基础上加用松龄血脉康胶囊,疗程4周。检测中医证候评分和疗效、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、心率、肾功能指标(BUN、Scr、UA)、血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、hs-CRP、MAU、FPG变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分、血压、心率、肾功能指标、TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、MAU降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05),并且该组中医证候评分、血压、LDL-C、hs-CRP、MAU低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C更高(P<0.05)。2组未发现明显不良反应。结论松龄血脉康胶囊联合盐酸贝尼地平可安全有效地控制原发性高血压患者临床症状,多靶点干预心血管疾病相关危险因素,改善炎症状态和亚临床靶器官损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To explore the clinical effects of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with benidipine hydrochloride on patients with essential hypertension. METHODS One hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(50 cases) for 4-week administration of benidipine hydrochloride, and observation group(50 cases) for 4-week administration of both Songling Xuemaikang Capsules and benidipine hydrochloride. The changes in TCM syndrome scores and efficacy, blood pressures(systolic pressure, diastolic pressure), heart rate, renal function indices(BUN, Scr, UA), blood lipid indices(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), hs-CRP, MAU and FPG were detected. RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the observation group displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores, blood pressures, heart rate, renal function indices, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP and MAU(P<0.05), and increased HDL-C(P<0.05), and TCM syndrome scores, blood pressures, LDL-C, hs-CRP and MAU in this group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were found in these two groups. CONCLUSION For the patients with essential hypertension, Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with benidipine hydrochloride can safely and effectively control clinical symptoms, intervene cardiovascular disease-related risk factors with multi-targets, and improve inflammatory state and subclinical target organ damage.更多还原
