葡萄糖酸亚铁清除钻井液中硫化氢的实验研究与评价
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND EVALUATION OF FERROUS GLUCONATE REMOVING HYDROGEN SULFIDE FROM DRILLING FLUID
【摘要】 为了准确掌握葡萄糖酸亚铁对水基钻井液流变性能的影响,研究葡萄糖酸亚铁清除硫化氢气体的作用机理和最佳作用条件,文章通过室内实验方法测试了水基钻井液在葡萄糖酸亚铁加入前后的流变参数,检测了常温常压下葡萄糖酸亚铁清除硫化氢气体的作用效果。结果表明,葡萄糖酸亚铁溶解产生葡萄糖酸,引起钻井液p H值降低、钻井液失水量增大;葡萄糖酸亚铁能与溶解的硫化氢气体迅速反应,主要生成硫化亚铁沉淀,葡萄糖酸亚铁清除硫化氢气体的最佳钻井液p H值为12。
【Abstract】 In order to accurately understand the effect of ferrous gluconate on the rheological properties of water-based drilling fluids,study on the mechanism and optimum conditions for the removal of hydrogen sulfide gas by ferrous gluconate has been performed. In this paper,the rheological parameters of water-based drilling fluid before and after adding ferrous gluconate were tested by laboratory experiments,and the effect of ferrous gluconate on removing hydrogen sulfide gas under normal temperature and pressure was tested. The results show that the dissolution of ferrous gluconate produces gluconic acid,which results in the decrease of the p H value of drilling fluid and the increase of the water loss of drilling fluid. Ferrous gluconate can react rapidly with dissolved hydrogen sulfide gas,which mainly produces ferrous sulfide precipitation. The optimum p H value of drilling fluid for removing hydrogen sulfide gas by ferrous gluconate is 12.
