功能金刚石的发展现状及产业化前景

【摘要】 功能金刚石泛指金刚石的电学、光学、热学、声学等非超硬耐磨性能,这些优异性能,至今尚未得到有效挖掘。文章总结了金刚石在珠宝首饰、金刚石半导体、电子封装热沉材料、BDD电极材料、光学窗口材料、医学应用等方面的研发以及产业化现状,分析了存在的问题,认为功能金刚石的产业化进程在不同的应用领域发展不太平衡,总体上处于起步阶段。功能金刚石研发和产业化水平总体上国外全面领先,国内全方位跟进,近几年国内进步较大,特别在HTHP培育钻石、直流电弧等离子体喷射法设备以及中低端多晶膜的产业化方面具有明显的竞争优势。在CVD培育金刚石的工程化、铜-金刚石产业化、半导体金刚石的研发和工程化以及纳米金刚石在医药应用研发方面有明显进展,在纳米金刚石钢的研发和工程化方面极具创新特色,在纳米金刚石润滑油方面填补世界空白。

【Abstract】 Functional diamond generally refers to the diamond performance on electrical, optical, thermal, acoustic, and other non-super-hard wear-resistant properties, which have not yet been effectively exploited.This paper summarized the development and industrialization status of diamond in jewelry, diamond semiconductors, electronic packaging heat sink materials, BDD electrode materials, optical window materials, and medical applications, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward that the industrialization process of functional diamond was not only balanced in different application fields, but alsowas generally in its infancy.On the whole, the level of functional diamond R&D and industrialization isled bythe overseawhom the domestic followup.In recent years, a great progress was made in the country, especially in the industrialization of HTHP diamond cultivation, DC arc plasma spraying equipment, and low-end polycrystalline film, which established obvious competitive advantages.Definiteimprovement showed in the engineering of CVD diamond cultivation, copper-diamond industrialization, semiconductor diamond research and development and engineering, and nano-diamond research and development in medical applications. The research and engineering of nano-diamond steel is extremely innovative, which filled the world’s gap in nano-diamond lubricants.
