【Abstract】 In this paper, the main symptoms of wheat virus diseases and the morphology of virus particles were summarized. The methods of virus detection and identification, including electron microscopy, molecular detection, and serological detection were reviewed. It was proposed that a system of detection technologies that is easy to popularize,more sensitive, more specific, and more accurate should be formed, to achieve rapid and accurate identification for virus disease of wheat.更多还原
