【Abstract】 Dendrobium officinale has always been regarded as a precious Chinese herbal medicine and health food, enjoying the reputation of "gold in medicine". Its main active components are polysaccharide, phenanthrene, dibenzyl, essential oil, alkaloid and other compounds. Many modern studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale has the functions of protecting liver, anti-tumor, lowering blood sugar, protecting gastric ulcer and enhancing immunity of human body.
