【Abstract】 This research mainly by the different prescription of plant-derived feed additive, antibiotic additive respectively add feed, feeding weaned piglets, study the production performance of weaned piglets and the influence of the apparent digestibility of nutrients, is to explore the effect of plant-derived feed additive substituting antibiotics. The experiment selected 72 Duroc ×Landrace ×Yordshire weaning piglets with similar weight at 28 days of age, and randomly divided them into 4 groups according to the principle of same birth order, same breed, similar weight and half male and half female, with 18 piglets in each group, 3 replicates in each component and 6 piglets in each replicate.Four processing respectively: plant-derived feed additive Ⅰ group(basic feed add 0.5% of plant-derived feed additive formula Ⅰ), plant-derived feed additive Ⅱ group(basic feed add0.5% of plant-derived feed additive formula Ⅱ), antibiotics group(basic feed add aureomycin, add the 50 g/t)and the control group(only feeding based feed). The trial lasted 4 weeks. The results showed that the daily weight gain of pigs in group Ⅱ with plant-derived feed additive was superior to that of other groups, and the difference was significant(P<0.05) between the two groups at 0-2 weeks at the beginning of the experiment. During the whole experimental period(0-4 weeks), the pig feed weight ratio of formula Ⅱ group was significantly better than that of other groups, which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01), and significantly different from formula I group and antibiotic group(P<0.05). The diarrhea frequency and diarrhea index of weaned piglets were improved obviously. The duration of swine diarrhea in formula Ⅱ group was shorter than that in other test groups, which was significantly different from that in formula I group(P<0.05) and significantly different from that in control group(P<0.01). The diarrhea rate of experimental pigs in formula Ⅱ group was lower than that of other experimental groups, significantly different from that of formula Ⅰ group(P<0.05), and significantly different from that of control group(P<0.01). The diarrhea index of experimental pigs in formula Ⅱ group was lower than that of other experimental groups, significantly different from that of formula Ⅰ group(P<0.05), and significantly different from that of control group(P<0.01). The apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber in plant-derived feed additive formula Ⅱ was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of calcium was significantly increased compared with formula Ⅰgroup(P<0.05) and was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.01). The apparent digestibility of phosphorus was significantly increased compared with formulaⅠgroup and antibiotic group(P<0.05), and was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01). Formula Ⅱ, a plant-derived feed additive, can both achieve or exceed the effect of adding antibiotics to feed and compensate for the harm caused by antibiotics.
