【摘要】 试验研究肉桂醛替代饲用抗生素对肥育猪生长性能、血清免疫指标及肠道菌群的影响。选用体重均匀的健康生长猪60头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10头,公母各半,单圈饲养。预试期7 d,试验期52 d。对照组在基础饲粮中添加吉他霉素预混剂80 g/t,试验组在基础饲粮中添加肉桂醛制剂300 g/t。试验结果显示:1)与对照组相比,试验组猪的日增重提高5.89%(P>0.05)、料重比减少8.85%(P>0.05);2)与对照组相比,试验组猪血清的谷草转氨酶降低19.43%,差异显著(P<0.05);总抗氧化能力提高14.53%,差异极显著(P<0.01);而血糖、总蛋白、尿素、谷丙转氨酶两组间差异不显著;3)与对照组相比,试验组猪血清中IgG升高195.07%,差异极显著(P<0.01);IgA和IgM与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);4)试验组与对照组猪肠道中大肠杆菌含量和肠道中乳酸杆菌含量差异都不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在肥育猪饲粮中添加肉桂醛替代抗生素,使猪的生长性能有一定程度的提高,总抗氧化能力极显著提高,各项血清生化指标有一定程度的改善,免疫指标显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of feed antibiotics replaced by cinnamaldehyde on finishing pig growth performance, serum immune index and intestinal flora. Optional similar weight, 60 healthy growing pig. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(finishing stage kitasamycin premix80 g/t), test group(the whole period cinnamaldehyde 300 g/t), each group had 3 replicates, and each repetition had 10 pigs fed singly. The experiment lasted 52 days. The results showed that, compared with the control group,test group ADG increased 5.89%(P >0.05), F/G decreased 8.85%(P >0.05). GOT decreased 19.43%(P <0.05),TAOC increased 14.53%(P <0.01), blood sugar, total protein, urea, ALT had no significant changes between group. IgG increased 195.07%(P<0.01), IgA and IgM had no significant changes between groups. Pig intestinal tract’ Escherichia coli content and pig intestinal tract’bacillus acidi lactici contentthe had no significant changes between group. It was concluded that feed antibiotics replaced bycinnamaldehyde certain extent on growth performance and serum immune index, TAOC and immunization indicators increased significantly.更多还原
