【摘要】 扶贫实习支教是地方师范类院校积极响应党中央"精准扶贫"政策在教育领域的一项重要举措。忻州师范学院自1997年开始实行扶贫实习支教,积累了丰富的扶贫实习支教管理经验,培养了一批批优秀乡村教师,大力促进了乡村教育的发展。但是,在支教管理过程中仍然存在许多亟待解决的问题,比如:贫困地区与支教学生的精准匹配、支教过程的有效管理和支教效果的有效评估等。文章将区块链技术应用于扶贫实习支教的管理中,提出基于区块链的扶贫实习支教管理信息共享模式,为实现资源精准匹配、管理过程透明、支教效果评估提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Poverty alleviation practice education is an important measure that local normal colleges actively respond to"targeted poverty alleviation"policy of the CPC central committee. Since 1997,Xinzhou teachers university has been making poverty alleviation practice education. During 24 years,Xinzhou teachers university has been accumulating rich experience in poverty alleviation practice education management. A group of outstanding rural teachers have been trained and the development of rural education has been greatly promoted.However,there are still a lot of problems to be solved,such as precise matching between poor areas and volunteer students,effective management of poverty alleviation practice education and real feedback. In this paper,the blockchain technology is applied to poverty alleviation practice education management,information sharing model of poverty alleviation practice education management based on blockchain is proposed,which can provide decision reference for the realization of targeted resource matching,transparency management process and evaluation of effect on poverty alleviation practice education.更多还原
