大数据时代突发公共卫生事件的技术治理——基于计算社会学视角的分析

【摘要】 计算社会学的研究内容和方法与突发公共卫生事件的技术治理相契合。运用大数据计数的方法能够实现事件信息的高效采集,为突发公共卫生事件的预测分析和疫情防控提供基础数据支撑。计算机社会仿真的方法可以模拟预测突发公共卫生事件发展趋势,为事件预警、准备和防控提供决策依据。互联网社会实验的方法能够全面了解突发公共卫生事件发生发展脉络。计算社会学的方法虽然能够为突发公共卫生事件的技术治理提供支持,但也面临技术单一性与需求复杂性不匹配、信度效度局限和安全隐私困境等问题。

【Abstract】 The research contents and methods of computational sociology are consistent with the technical governance of public health emergencies. Using the method of big data counting can achieve efficient collection of event information, and provide basic data support for predictive analysis of public health emergencies and epidemic prevention and control. Computer social simulation methods can simulate and predict the development trend of public health emergencies, and provide decision-making basis for early event warning, preparation, prevention and control. The Internet social experiment method can fully understand the development and context of public health emergencies. The method and the content of computational sociology can provide support for the technical governance of public health emergencies, but it also faces problems such as the mismatch between the unity of technology and the complexity of needs, the limitation of reliability and validity, and the dilemma of security and privacy.
