【摘要】 大学校长是现代大学治理体系中的核心环节与关键角色。随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展、社会分工的日益细化、高校管理事务的日趋复杂,在深入推进"双一流"建设的背景下,我们迫切需要"用整颗心做整个校长"的职业化、专业化的"治校型校长"。回顾和梳理大学校长职业发展历程,可以发现,我国大学校长大致经历了官员兼职型、学术主导型、行政委任型、从职务型向职业型过渡几个发展阶段。大学校长职业化是一个渐进的过程,它的建立和完善仍然面临着校长职业发展相关制度的完善、校长职业认同的文化阻力等问题。推进大学校长职业化发展需要深化高等教育体制改革,淡化行政色彩;完善校长职业管理制度,提供制度保障;树立大学校长职业意识,增强职业认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 University presidents are the crucial role in the modern system of university governance. With the rapid development of the market economy, the increasingly detailed social division of labor, and the increasing complexity of university management, the promotion of the "double-first-class" university calls for professional "school governance presidents" who are committed to school management wholeheartedly. The historical development of Chinese university presidents as a profession shows that this professional role has roughly experienced the transformation from official presidents, academically dominating presidents, administratively appointed presidents, and half professional presidents.
