【摘要】 研究显示,抑癌或促癌基因发生突变后的不断积累是导致结肠癌发生和恶性进展的主要原因之一。在肿瘤发生、发展的过程中,每一个步骤都与特定的抑癌基因或促癌基因的突变有关,p53基因突变是致癌突变中的一个关键基因。近年来的临床和基础研究显示,p53的错义突变在肿瘤发生和发展中的作用十分复杂。本文拟对近年来有关p53突变与在结肠癌中作用的临床和基础研究结果进行综述,以期为寻找结肠癌新的潜在治疗靶点提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research result have shown that colorectal cancer is one of the leading cause of gastrointestinal tumors. Accumulating tumor suppressor gene or tumor promoting gene mutation in colorectal tissue is the key cause of colorectal cancer development and progression. p53 gene mutation is a crucial gene mutation in cancer development. Recent clinical and basic studies have shown that the missense mutation of p53 plays a very complex role in tumor genesis and development. This paper made a review based on the clinical and basic research results of p53 mutation and its role in colon cancer in recent years that aims at providing theoretical basis for searching for new potential therapeutic targets for colon cancer.更多还原
