高铁油压减振器低温阻尼特性试验研究
An Experimental Study into the Low-temperature Damping Characteristics of a High-speed Train Hydraulic Damper
【摘要】 为了研究高铁油压减振器的低温阻尼特性及其影响因素,从减振器油的品质入手,对两种分别注入物理特性指标接近但品牌不同的减振器油的高铁油压减振器样品,进行了低至-50℃的低温阻尼特性试验,定性分析了低温条件下减振器示功图产生畸变的机理;针对低温条件下阻尼特性的变化特点提出了其关键技术指标的评价和计算公式,通过对比两种减振器样品低温阻尼特性存在的显著差别,表明物理性能指标数据不能完全反映减振器油的低温品质,需结合产品试验来验证。因此,为了提高油压减振器产品的低温适应性,一方面需要加强高性能减振器油的研制,另一方面需要深入开展液压阻尼孔的低温流体力学理论与实验研究。为减振器产品的优化设计提供基础理论和数据支持。
【Abstract】 Aiming at studying the low-temperature damping characteristics and its influential factors of high-speed train hydraulic damper, this research begins with the quality of damper fluids, experiments under low temperature conditions to-50 ℃ are carried out to test the damping characteristics of two damper samples with two different fluids but of similar physical property indices. The distortion mechanism of Force-displacement curve under low temperature conditions is qualitatively analyzed. The calculation formulae for key damping performance indices are proposed when considering its variation features at low temperature conditions, the obvious differences between the low-temperature damping characteristics of the two samples indicate that the fluid quality under low temperature conditions should not be fully evaluated by physical property indices of the fluid, it should be ultimately validated by product testing. Thus, to improve the adaptability to low temperature environments of the hydraulic damper products, high quality damper fluids should be first developed, in addition, basic theoretical and experimental research on low-temperature fluid mechanics of hydraulic orifices should be conducted extensively to provide theory and data support for the hydraulic damper product optimization.
