基于小波分析的液压缸内泄漏检测方法

【摘要】 现有的液压缸内泄漏检测方法大都为实验室检测方法,主要为保压法、测量液压缸沉降法和量杯测量法等,上述方法均为静态检测方法,均无法在液压缸的使用过程中对液压缸的内泄漏进行态检测。详细地介绍一种基于小波分析提取液压缸内泄漏故障特征值来判断液压缸是否存在内泄漏故障的实时检测方法。该方法实时采集液压缸在运行过程中无杆腔液压油的压力信号并对采集的压力信号运用小波变换获得该压力信号的时频特性,分析获得与液压缸内泄漏故障相关的特征量,通过对提取的被检测液压缸内泄漏故障特征量与无泄漏故障的特征量进行对比的方式来实现对液压缸内泄漏故障的精确检测。可实现在液压缸的工作过程中对其内泄漏故障状态的实时检测,检测的准确度较高,具有一定的工程实际意义。

【Abstract】 At present, the methods of detecting the leakage in the hydraulic cylinder are mostly based on laboratory testing such as holding pressure method, hydraulic cylinder settlement measuring method and measuring cup measuring method. The above methods belong to static detection methods which are difficult to detect the leakage in the hydraulic cylinder during the use of the hydraulic cylinder. A detection method of hydraulic cylinder internal leakage fault based on wavelet analysis is proposed. The method uses the pressure sensor to collect the pressure signal of the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder in real time and obtains the time-frequency characteristics of the pressure signal by using the wavelet transform analysis. Comparing the leakage fault features of the tested hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic cylinders without leakage to achieve precise hydraulic cylinder leakage fault detection. The method can realize the accurate real-time detection of the leakage in the working process of the hydraulic cylinder, which has high engineering significance.
