高压反冲洗过滤器污染控制建模与仿真研究

【摘要】 煤矿综采工作面高压自动反冲洗过滤器,能在实现乳化液正向过滤及不拆除滤芯的前提下对滤芯前端的污染物进行反向冲洗。针对矿用乳化液反冲洗过滤器的工作过程,建立了正向过滤及反向冲洗两个阶段的污染控制模型,推导出反冲洗污染平衡方程,并引入污染重复过滤因子、分流系数和反冲洗效率参数对反冲洗时间进行了仿真研究,得出了各参数对反冲洗时间及污染度的影响特性,为反冲洗过滤器的优化设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The high pressure back flushing filter device can realize the forward flushing and clean the pollutants at the core inlet with the back flushing and no disassembling the core on the hydraulic system of powered support in the fully mechanized face. The forward flushing and the back flushing filter, the two pollution control models are constructed for the work process of the high pressure emulsion back flushing filter device in ore, the pollution equilibrium equations are derived, the pollution repetition factors, the flow division coefficient and the back flushing efficiency parameters are introduced for the back flushing time simulation research, which indicates the parameters influence performance for the back flushing time and the pollution degree, which provides a theoretical criterion for the optimal design of the high pressure back flushing filter device.
