主动柱塞式液体小流量标准装置及实验研究

【摘要】 活塞式流量标准装置具有结构简单、不确定度低等优点。基于位移-时间法原理,设计了一种主动柱塞式液体小流量标准装置,通过控制伺服电机驱动柱塞作匀速直线运动置换出缸体内流体,以实现稳定的流量输出。本装置可应用于浮子流量计、质量流量计、涡轮流量计及电磁流量计等检定校准,工作压力pmax≤0.3 MPa,检定介质为纯净水,适用流量范围为20~2000 L/h。实验结果表明,装置流量稳定性优于0.015%,容积重复性优于0.012%,扩展不确定度为0.062%(k=2)。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of testing technology and automation technology, the standard devices based on mass method and volumetric method are used nowadays to highlight the corresponding limitations. This paper is based on the in-depth study of the piston liquid flow standard device and its key technologies, based on the principle of displacement-time method, a liquid small flow standard device with a regular shape and a uniform size as the measurement reference is designed. The device controls the servo motor to drive the plunger to move linearly along the axis of the cylinder, so that the plunger uniformly displaces the fluid in the plunger cylinder to measure the function. The device can be applied to the verification experiment of the float flowmeter, the mass flowmeter, the turbine flowmeter and the magnetic flowmeter. The maximum working pressure is 0.3 MPa, the applicable flow range 20~2000 L/h. The experimental results show that the flow stability of the device is better than 0.015%, the volume repeatability is better than 0.012%, and the extended uncertainty is 0.062%(k=2).
