【摘要】 目的探讨晚期前列腺癌患者使用间歇性雄激素阻断治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月80例晚期前列腺癌患者,随机分组。持续性雄激素阻断疗法组选择持续性雄激素阻断疗法,间歇性雄激素阻断疗法组选择间歇性雄激素阻断疗法。比较效果。结果间歇性雄激素阻断疗法组效果、EORTC QLQ-C30调查问卷表评分、全身疼痛症状缓解的时间、局部疼痛症状缓解的时间、排尿症状改善的时间、乳房肿痛、潮热、贫血及骨质疏松等并发症均优于持续性雄激素阻断疗法组,P <0.05。结论晚期前列腺癌患者实施间歇性雄激素阻断疗法可获得较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intermittent androgen blockade in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced prostate cancer from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Continuous androgen blockade therapy group chose continuous androgen blockade therapy, intermittent androgen blockade therapy group chose intermittent androgen blockade therapy. Compare the results. Results Intermittent androgen blocking therapy group, EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire score, time of alleviating systemic pain symptoms, time of alleviating local pain symptoms, time of improving micturition symptoms, breast swelling and pain, hot flashes, anemia and osteoporosis, and persistent androgen blocking therapy group had advantages, P<0.05. Conclusion Intermittent androgen blocking therapy can achieve better results in patients with advanced prostate cancer.更多还原
