【摘要】 目的探讨多索茶碱与氨茶碱在治疗支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法 2017年11月至2018年12月,将82例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,依据住院顺序分为对照组患者41例,采用氨茶碱治疗;观察组患者41例,采用多索茶碱治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为70.73%,明显低于观察组95.12%(P <0.05)。对照组患者呼气容积、用力肺活量以及肺活量均有所改善,且明显低于观察组(P <0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为31.71%,明显高于观察组4.88%(P <0.05)。结论在治疗支气管哮喘患者时,采用多索茶碱药物能够起到显著的治疗效果,在降低不良反应的同时,有效改善了肺功能指标,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.Methods From February 2017 to July 2018,82 patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled.According to the hospitalization order,41 patients were divided into control group and treated with aminophylline.In the observation group,41 patients were treated with doxofylline.Treatment,comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of the control group was 70.73%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(95.12%)(P<0.05).In the control group,the expiratory volume,forced vital capacity and vital capacity were improved,and significantly lower than the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 3 1.71%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(4.88%)(P <0.05).Conclu sion In the treatment of bronchial asthma patients,the use of doxofylline drugs can play a significant therapeutic effect,while reducing adverse reactions,and effectively improve the lung function indicators,it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
