【摘要】 目的探讨采用连续流动离心式血细胞分离术对白血病患者实施减除白细胞治疗期间给予护理干预的可行性。方法选择我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的120例白血病患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组减除白细胞治疗期间采用护理理念;比照组(60例):采用基础护理理念展开;实验组(60例):采用基础护理理念+针对性护理理念展开;最终对比两组白血病患者护理结果。结果实验组白血病患者护理服务总满意度(96.67%)高于比照组(71.67%)明显(P<0.05);实验组白血病患者减除治疗后不良反应总发生率(8.33%)低于比照组(28.33%)明显(P<0.05)。结论临床在采用连续流动离心式血细胞分离术对白血病患者实施减除白细胞治疗期间给予针对性护理干预,对于护理服务满意度以及减除治疗后白血病治疗安全性的提升可发挥明显作用,最终对于白血病患者预后状态提升,奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of nursing intervention in leukemic patients during leukopenia by continuous flow centrifugal blood cell separation. Methods 120 patients with leukemia treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the experimental objects, and then divided into groups by digital parity method to explore the nursing idea during the treatment of leukocyte reduction in each group. In comparison group(60 cases), the basic nursing concept was adopted in the experimental group(60 cases), and the basic nursing concept was adopted in the experimental group(60 cases), and the nursing results of leukemia patients in the two groups were compared at last. Results The total nursing service satisfaction of leukemia patients in the experimental group(96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.67%)(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(8.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with leukemia were treated with continuous flow centrifugal blood cell separation during the treatment of leukopenia, and they were treated with specific nursing intervention. The improvement of nursing service satisfaction and the safety of leukemia treatment after subtractive therapy can play a significant role in the improvement of prognosis of leukemia patients and lay the foundation for the improvement of the prognosis of leukemia patients.更多还原
