【摘要】 目的研究循证医学理念对泌尿外科临床预防性抗生素合理使用管理的影响。方法将我院泌尿外科2018年4月1日至2020年2月1日收治的需要预防性抗生素治疗的100例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例患者。给予治疗组循证管理,给予对照组常规管理,考核管理医护人员预防性抗生素知识掌握情况,比较两组患者中预防性抗生素不合理使用情况及术后感染情况。结果采用循证医学理念管理能够显著提高医护人员的知识掌握水平,患者的预防性抗生素不合理使用情况及术后感染情况显著降低。结论循证管理在基层医院可方便、广泛、安全开展,应用前景广阔,有较好的社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of evidence-based medicine concepts on the rational use and management of clinical preventive antibiotics in urology. Methods A total of 100 patients who needed preventive antibiotic treatment were selected from our hospital’s urology department from April 1, 2018 to February 1, 2020. They were randomly divided into study and control groups, each group had 50 patients. The treatment group was given evidence-based management, the control group was given routine management, and the knowledge of preventive antibiotics in the medical staff was evaluated. The irrational use of preventive antibiotics and the postoperative infection in the two groups were compared. Results The use of evidence-based medicine concept management can significantly improve the level of knowledge of medical staff, and the patients’ unreasonable use of preventive antibiotics and postoperative infections are significantly reduced. Conclusion Evidencebased management can be carried out conveniently, extensively, and safely in primary hospitals, with broad application prospects and good social benefits.更多还原
