【摘要】 目的探讨多巴丝肼联合普拉克索对帕金森的治疗效果。方法抽取我院自2015年12月至2017年12月间收治的88例帕金森患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照所用治疗方式平均分配在对照组和观察组中。对照组患者用多巴丝肼治疗,予以观察组患者多巴丝肼联合普拉克索方案,进行两组疾病治疗成效的对比。结果观察组对帕金森的治疗总有效率高于对照组,用药后出现不良反应的概率低于对照组,所得数据间有统计学差异存在(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前基本能力和心理状态基本一致,未产生统计学层面的数据差异(P> 0.05),两组患者治疗后存在基本能力和心理状态上的统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论予以帕金森患者多巴丝肼联合普拉克方案,可促进疾病治疗效果和患者基本能力的提升,也能减少负面情绪的影响,降低不良反应发生风险,推广应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of doxazid combined with praxol on Parkinson’s disease(PD). Methods 88 patients with Parkinson’s disease were selected from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital. All the patients were equally assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the treatment mode used.The patients in the control group were treated with doxyhydrazine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with dobutazid combined with Praxol regimen, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment for Parkinson’s disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the probability of adverse reactions after treatment was lower than that in the control group. There was statistical difference between the data obtained(P<0.05); Before treatment, the basic ability and psychological state of the two groups were basically the same, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in basic ability and psychological state between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Doxazid combined with Prac regimen in Parkinson’s disease patients can promote the improvement of disease treatment effect and patients’ basic ability, reduce the influence of negative emotion, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and have high value in popularizing and applying.更多还原
