【摘要】 本文着重探讨了7S管理模式在手术室耳鼻喉专科手术组护理工作中的实际应用成效,以此借鉴一种前沿标准化的护理服务模式,用来指导手术各项工作的细化和开展。7S管理是现代企业发展过程中科学的、有效的管理方法。随着医学模式的发展及患者法律意识的提升,患者及家属对护理服务行业的要求越来越高,这对护理管理者提出了更高要求。在整个实施过程中耳鼻喉专科手术组护理人员全体参与,制定计划、明确步骤,根据7S管理方法,制定相关工作要求并认真严格执行。全方位的在手术室涉及到的各个领域落实7S管理,解决在工作中遇到的实际问题。应用7S管理模式后,耳鼻喉专科手术组管理精细化、标准化,工作实际效率、手术组护理人员素质等方面均得到大幅度的提升,充分调动了护理人员工作积极性,并建立和谐的护理队伍。同时降低仪器设备的损耗和一次性物品的消耗,节约了时间成本和支出成本。在医疗工作中引用先进的企业管理模式是一种创新。7S管理运用到手术室耳鼻喉专科手术小组,通过对手术范畴内工作的规范化和制度化、对护理工作中产生的问题和护理质量的持续改进,从而降低各种差错事故的发生。小组人员的工作效率、凝聚力和向心力、专科水平得以提升,为优质护理管理提供有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the practical application of 7S management model in the nursing work of the operating room otolaryngology surgery group, so as to draw lessons from a cutting-edge standardized nursing service model, which can be used to guide the refinement and development of various surgical work. 7S management is a scientific and effective management method in the development of modern enterprises. With the development of medical model and the improvement of patients’ legal awareness, patients and their families have higher and higher requirements for the nursing service industry, which puts forward higher requirements for nursing managers. During the whole implementation process, all nurses in the otolaryngology surgery group participated in the development of plans and clear steps. According to the 7S management method, relevant work requirements were formulated and strictly implemented. Fully implement 7S management in all fields involved in the operating room to solve practical problems encountered in work. After the application of 7S management mode, the management of otolaryngology surgery group was refined and standardized, the actual work efficiency and the quality of nursing staff in the operation group were greatly improved, which fully aroused the enthusiasm of nursing staff and established a harmonious nursing team.
