【摘要】 目的探讨308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法随机抽样法选取2017年8月至2018年8月本院112例白癜风患者。随机数字表法分组:对照组(56例)采用常规治疗,研究组(56例)在常规治疗基础上加用308 nm准分子激光。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(96.43%)高于对照组(82.14%)(χ~2=5.973,P=0.014);研究组ICAM-1水平低于对照组(t=3.449,P=0.000),α-MSH水平高于对照组(t=8.676,P=0.000);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.259,P=0.610)。结论白癜风治疗中应用308 nm准分子激光可增强疗效,抑制皮肤黑色素及黑素细胞损伤,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 308 nm excimer laser on vitiligo. Methods 112 patients with vitiligo in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected by random sampling method. Random number table grouping: the control group(56 cases) was treated with conventional therapy, and the study group(56 cases) was treated with 308 nm excimer laser on the basis of conventional therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group(96.43%) was higher than that in the control group(82.14%)(χ~2=5.973, P=0.014); The level of ICAM-1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(t=3.449, P=0.000), and the level ofα-MSH was higher than that in the control group(t=8.676, P=0.000); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.259,P=0.610). Conclusion The application of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo can enhance the efficacy, inhibit the skin melanin and melanocyte damage, and is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
