【摘要】 目的研究微视频在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central venous catheters,PICC)患儿早期宣教中的应用。方法选取2015年3月至2017年2月于我院进行PICC治疗患儿80例,按照随机数表法分为2组,各40例,观察组采用微视频宣教,对照组采用一对一宣讲,比较两组护理前护理后健康促进生活方式量表(health promotion lifestyle profile,HPLP)评分、自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)评分、导管留置时间和置管后并发症发生率。结果观察组护理后HPLP 6个维度评分显著高于对照组护理后及同组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能评分显著高于对照组护理后及同组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用微视频进行PICC置管前早期宣教可以明显提升患儿及其亲属的积极度,加强其对于导管维护相关知识的掌握,提升健康状况和自我护理能力,且不会增加导管留置时间和并发症发生率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of micro video in early education of children with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC). Methods 80 children with PICC from March 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The observation group received micro video education and the control group received one-on-one education. The health promotion lifestyle profile(HPLP), self-care ability scale(ESCA), catheter indwelling time and complications after catheterization were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of six dimensions of HPLP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the same group(P<0.05); The scores of health knowledge, self-concept, self-care responsibility and self-care skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the same group(P <0.05). Conclusion The early education before PICC catheterization with micro video can significantly improve the enthusiasm of children and their relatives, enhance their knowledge of catheter maintenance, improve their health status and self-care ability, and will not increase the time of catheter retention and the incidence of complications.
