【摘要】 目的分析观察微创FasT-Fix缝合器治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院于2016年2月至2018年11月收治的48例膝关节半月板损伤患者作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均给予微创FasT-Fix缝合器治疗,观察分析临床治疗效果。结果①本组48例患者,25例优,17例良,5例可,1例差,优良率为87.5%(42/48)。②治疗前,48例患者Lysholm评分为(47.51±14.59)分,治疗后增加到(83.45±11.97)分,治疗前后差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。③48例患者中,无1例出现切口感染、血管神经损伤等并发症。结论微创FasT-Fix缝合器治疗膝关节半月板损伤,疗效确切,安全性高,操作简单,值得临床推广借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive FasT-Fix suture in the treatment of knee meniscus injury. Methods 48 patients with knee meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients were treated with minimally invasive FasT-Fix suture, and the clinical therapeutic effect was observed and analyzed. Results ①Among the 48 patients, 25 were excellent, 17 were good, 5 were fair and 1 was poor. The excellent and good rate was 87.5%(42/48). ②Before treatment, the Lysholm score of 48 patients was(47.51±14.59) and increased to(83.45±11.97) after treatment. The difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.05). ③Of the 48 patients, none had complications such as wound infection, vascular and nerve injury. Conclusion Minimally invasive FasT-Fix suture is effective, safe and simple in the treatment of meniscus injury of knee joint, which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.更多还原
