宇航器件空间辐射效应地面模拟试验与评估标准规范体系
System of Standard Specification in Space Radiation Effects Test and Evaluation for Aerospace Electronics
【摘要】 宇航器件抗辐射性能主要依靠地面辐射模拟装置开展试验和评估,试验与评估标准规范是科学评价宇航器件抗辐射性能的重要依据。本文针对宇航器件空间辐射效应地面模拟试验的需求,分析了国内外宇航器件空间辐射效应地面模拟试验与评估标准规范的发展现状,研究了器件发展给辐射效应试验方法带来的挑战,提出了满足空间抗辐射性能要求的宇航器件地面模拟试验与评估标准规范体系建设建议,对规范宇航器件抗辐射性能地面模拟试验方法具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 The test and evaluation of the aerospace electronics radiation hardness depends on the ground radiation test facilities and the agreed radiation test methods.The standards of the test and evaluation are the important basis of the accurate evaluation of radiation tolerance on the aerospace electronics.In this paper,the current research status of experimental and evaluation standards and criterions are discussed,and then the challenges due to advanced electronics are analyzed.In the end,building up a well-established system containing standards and criterions for evaluating performance against radiation of aerospace electronics is proposed and presented.This work could be of great importance for radiation hardness assurance.
