【摘要】 随着经济的不断发展,长期累积的资源环境问题日益突出。近年来我国环境治理力度明显加大,环境状况得到有效改善,与之相关的碳金融市场发展是大势所趋。借助系统动力学建立影响碳金融市场运行效率的政策模型,在对其进行信度、效度和灵敏度分析后,筛选经济发展政策、环境治理政策、营商投资政策、企业治理政策、碳排放交易制度和信息披露政策六类政策进行政策模拟分析,发现企业治理政策和营商投资政策的影响较为显著,因此应营造环境、完善市场和加强监管来提高碳金融市场的运行效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the economy, the accumulated resource and environmental constraints have become increasingly prominent. In recent years, environmental governance has significantly increased, the environmental situation has been effectively improved, and the development of the related carbon financial market is the general trend. First, system dynamics is used to establish a policy model that affects the operating efficiency of the carbon finance market; then, its reliability, validity and sensitivity are analyzed; what’s more, six types of policies are selected to be analyzed and simulated, such as economic development policies, environmental governance policies, business investment policies, corporate governance policies and carbon emissions trading system and information disclosure policy. The research results show that the impact of corporate governance policies and business investment policies are more significant. Therefore, it is a necessity to create environment, improve market and strengthen supervision for the purpose of improving the operating efficiency of the carbon financial market.更多还原
