【摘要】 传统的管理范式在许多方面出现了危机,呼唤着文化治理这一新范式的到来。文化治理作为当代一种特殊的治理方式和治理手段,主要通过促进文化交流与文化思想建设,给人们带来潜移默化的影响,是极具人文关怀的治理方式。推进文化治理必须加强对文化自信的发展建设,应把增强文化自信建设作为发展当代文化治理的首要基础,在发挥文化治理功能的基础上,形成新时代极具中国特色的、现代化的国家治理体系,以此来彰显中国的文化自信、文化理念、文化魅力,进而推进公共管理的范式转型与升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional management paradigm appears crisis in many aspects that are calling for the arrival of the new paradigm of the cultural governance. The cultural governance as a special way and means of governance, mainly through the promotion of people’s cultural exchange and cultural and ideological construction that has brought a subtle impact on people, it is a very humane way of governance. To promote the cultural governance, we must strengthen the development and construction of cultural self-confidence. We should take the construction of cultural self-confidence as the primary basis for the development of the contemporary cultural governance. On the basis of giving full play to the function of the cultural governance, we should form a modern national governance system with Chinese characteristics in the new era, so as it is to demonstrate China’s cultural self-confidence, cultural concept and cultural charm, and further to promote public management.
