【摘要】 中外合作办学已进入从扩大规模到提质增效的关键时期,现阶段与我国高等教育现状的不适应问题仍存留于不同的领域、层面和程度上,归根结底反映了合作办学"本土化"和"国际化"的融合问题.本文分别从教育思想与人才培养目标、办学体制与工作机制、专业建设与课堂教学、留学状况、教学质量监督与评价机制五个层面阐述进一步做好中外合作办学"本土化"与"国际化"融合的思考与建议,提出一系列合作办学工科本科人才培养的实践经验与创新方案.更多还原

【Abstract】 Sino-foreign cooperative education has entered the critical period from expanding scale to improving quality and efficiency, while in different fields, levels and degrees, there are still some problems that are not suitable for the current situation of higher education in China. In the final analysis, it reflects the improper or deficient integration of "localization" and "internationalization" in cooperative school-running. In the paper, some thoughts and suggestions on the further integration of "localization" and "internationalization" of Sino-foreign cooperative education, from five aspects: educational ideology and talent training objectives; school running system and working mechanism; specialty construction and classroom teaching; overseas study; teaching quality supervision and evaluation, were elaborated in detail to provide experiences and innovations in engineering talents cultivation for reference.更多还原
