【摘要】 某新开发型号自卸车多级液压缸在模拟工况试验验证过程中发现:自卸车多级液压缸在伸出和回收时存在乱序的现象。乱序故障严重时会导致自卸车车厢瞬间超速下滑,产生强烈的冲击造成严重事故。该文通过试验、拆检、分析,确定故障原因,并通过对比试验,确定最终解决方法,避免此类故障的再次发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type of dump truck multi-stage hydraulic cylinder in the simulation of working conditions test found: the Cylinder in the expansion and retraction of the disorder phenomenon. When out of order fault is serious,it will lead to the dump truck carriage speeding down in an instant,resulting in strong impact and serious accident. This article through the test,the disassembly inspection,the analysis,determines the fault reason,and through the contrast test,determines the final solution,avoids this kind of fault to occur again.更多还原
