肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶及细胞周期蛋白D1在胃肠间质瘤中表达的临床意义

【摘要】 目的研究肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶(Pin1)与细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)在胃肠间质瘤组织中的表达,探讨Pin1及Cyclin D1在胃肠间质瘤治疗中的应用潜力。方法通过免疫组织化学来定性检测55例胃肠间质瘤组织及其瘤旁正常组织中Pin1、Cyclin D1蛋白的表达情况,对阳性率进行统计分析。结果 Pin1和Cyclin D1在胃肠间质瘤瘤旁组织中不表达,而在胃肠间质瘤组织中阳性表达率分别为74. 5%和58. 2%,Pin1和Cyclin D1在胃肠间质瘤组织中的表达阳性率明显高于瘤旁组织中的表达阳性率(P<0. 05);胃肠间质瘤不同危险度组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),而在其他不同病理特征组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 Pin1与Cyclin D1在胃肠间质瘤组织中阳性表达,Pin1和Cyclin D1有望成为胃肠间质瘤有效的治疗靶标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and to explore the application potential of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods The expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors was analyzed.Results Pin1 and Cyclin D1 were not expressed in paraneoplastic tissues,while positive expression rates in gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissues were 74. 5% and 58. 2%,respectively.The expression of Pin1 and Cyclin D1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor was significantly higher than that in para-tumor tissues( P<0. 05),and the expression of them was significantly correlated( P < 0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in the level of PIN1 between the gastrointestinal stromal tumor groups with different risk( P<0. 05).However,there was no significant difference between other groups with differenct clinicopathological characteristics.( P>0. 05).Conclusion Pin1 and Cyclin D1 were positively expressed in gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Pin1 and Cyclin D1 are expected to be effective therapeutic targets for gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
