【摘要】 目的探讨建立新型冠状病毒肺炎临时病区的护理组织与管理方法。方法通过合理调配护理人力资源、规范培训、加强过程质量管理和安全防控,严格物资管理,注重人文关怀及志愿服务等一系列举措,保证了新冠肺炎病区的及时组建和护理工作的正常开展。结果病区护理人力资源管理、护理管理、护理服务、护理人员行为规范及环境管理质量平均落实率分别为98. 08%、96. 88%、98. 52%、98. 53%、97. 23%;一线护理人员接受早期心理干预21人次。结论高度重视、迅速响应,快速建立应急组织管理体系是救治工作顺利进行的前提;快速组建传染病区,合理选拔护理团队成员,加强护理质量管理是保障传染病区护理工作正常运行的关键;及时检查传染病区的各项护理工作质量,做好一线护理人员的人文关怀服务,是维护医护人员自身安全,减少感染风险的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing organization and management methods for the establishment of the temporary ward of NCP.Methods Through a series of measures such as rational allocation of nursing human resources,standardized training,strengthening on process quality management and safety prevention and control,strict material management,and focus on humanistic care and volunteer services,we were trying to ensure the establishment of the COVID-19 ward timely and the normal development of nursing work. Results The average implementation rates of ward nursing human resource management,nursing management,nursing service,nursing staff behavioral norms and environmental management quality were 98. 08%,96. 88%,98. 52%,98. 53% and 97. 23%,respectively.A total of 21 front-line nurses received early psychological intervention. Conclusion High attention,rapid response,and rapid establishment of an emergency organization management system are premise for smooth progress of work.Rapid establishment of infectious disease areas,reasonable selection of nursing team members,and strengthening of the quality management of infectious disease areas are the keys to ensure the normal operation of the nursing work in the ward of COVID-19.Timely inspection of the quality of various nursing work in infectious disease ward and humanistic care of frontline nurses are the guarantee to maintain the safety of medical staff and reduce the risk of infection.更多还原
