【摘要】 通过对四川省定点收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的15个地/市/州医院感染科和13个感染性疾病质量控制分中心进行了调研,收集了在实际防控工作和临床诊治患者过程中存在的问题,查阅资料,从医疗质量控制的角度进行分析总结。发现定点收治医院的病房基础条件、人员储备来应对目前新型冠状病毒肺炎的疫情均存在不足,需要在原有硬件基础上进行改建和补充,预见性做好人员储备,加强各个环节的质量监督控制和管理;目前筛查诊断、解除隔离等标准在执行过程中需要进一步改进和强化,治疗方案需要进一步明确。从医疗质控的角度,运用质控指标和质控监督等措施,能够优化疫情防控和疾病诊疗过程,从而有效提高疫情防控水平和临床诊疗救治工作的医疗质量。更多还原
【Abstract】 Clinical data of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia in Sichuan province were selected from 15 infection departments of local/city/state hospitals and 13 infectious disease quality control sub-centers.The existing problems in the process of prevention and control,and clinical diagnosis and treatment were collected and analyzed from the perspective of medical quality control.It is found that basic conditions of wards and personnel reserve in designated hospitals were not enough to cope with the current situation of the coronavirus pneumonia.It was needed for reconstruction and supplement on the basis of the original hardware.Personnel reserve and quality supervision,control and management of all links should be foreseen.At present,the standards for screening diagnosis and isolation should be further improved and strengthened.The treatment plan needs to be further clarified.From the perspective of medical quality control,the use of quality control indicators and quality control supervision and other measures can optimize the process such as epidemic prevention and control,and disease diagnosis and treatment.Thus,the level of epidemic prevention and control and the medical quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment will be improved.更多还原
