【摘要】 目的探讨芪参还五胶囊联合银杏叶提取物治疗青年颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对患者左、右椎动脉血流速率的影响。方法选取沧州中西医结合医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的青年颈性眩晕患者300例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各100例。A组患者予芪参还五胶囊口服,B组患者予银杏叶提取物注射液静脉滴注,C组患者联用上述两药,均连续治疗2周。结果 C组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于A组的72.00%和B组的70.00%(P <0.05);治疗后,C组患者各症状评分均显著高于A组和B组(P <0.05);C组患者的左、右椎动脉血流速率均显著快于A组和B组(P <0.05); A组、B组、C组不良反应发生率相当(7.00%比9.00%比13.00%,P> 0.05)。结论芪参还五胶囊联合银杏叶提取物治疗青年颈性眩晕临床疗效显著,能改的眩晕症状和左、右椎动脉血流速率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qishenhuanwu Capsules combined with Ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of young patients with cervical vertigo and its effect on the blood flow rate of left and right vertebral artery. Methods Totally300 young patients with cervical vertigo in Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,100 cases in each group. The patients in group A took Qishenhuanwu Capsules orally,the patients in group B were treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection by intravenous drip,and the patients in group C were treated with the above two drugs. All the patients were continuously treated for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of group C was 92. 00%,which was significantly higher than 72. 00% of group A and 70. 00% of group B( P < 0. 05).
