【摘要】 目的建立测定痔复康颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为InertSustain AQ-C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈（A）-0.1%甲酸水溶液（B）,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为10μL。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在5～320μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）;平均加样回收率为100.14%,RSD为0.98%（n=6）;黄芩苷的平均含量为0.834 5 mg/g。结论该方法高效、准确、可靠,可用于痔复康颗粒黄芩苷含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） method for the content determination of baicalin in Zhifukang Granules. Methods The InertSustain AQ-C₁₈ column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. Acetonitrile（ A） and 0. 1%methanoic acid solution（ B） were eluted by gradient elution.
