中药调控Nrf2通路发挥肿瘤放射治疗增敏作用的研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating Nrf2 Pathway to Enhance Sensitization Effect of Tumor Radiotherapy
【摘要】 目的探讨中药成分通过调控Nrf2通路实现肿瘤放射治疗(简称放疗)增敏作用的研究进展。方法以"Nrf2""放疗增敏""Radiosensitivity""中药""Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)"等为关键词检索PubMed、中国知网、万方等数据库中的相关文献,检索时间为2012年1月至2019年4月。对中药通过调控Nrf2通路实现肿瘤放疗增敏进行综述。结果与结论鸦胆子苦醇、异甘草素、高山金莲花素、染料木黄酮、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯5种中药成分可通过调控Nrf2通路实现肿瘤放疗增敏,但目前的研究局限于细胞层面,缺乏以动物整体为对象的研究。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) regulating Nrf2 pathway to enhance sensitization effect of tumor radiotherapy. Methods With ″Nrf2″ ″radiosensitivity″ ″Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) ″ as the keywords,the relevant literature in the database of PubMed,CNKI,Wangfang and so on from January 2012 to April 2019 were retrieved. The TCM to enhance radiosensitivity of tumors by regulating Nrf2 pathway was reviewed. Results and Conclusion These five components in TCM,i. e.,″brusatol″ ″isoliquiritigenin″ ″alpinumisoflavone″ ″genistein″ and ″epigallocatechin-3-gallate″,can enhance the radiosensitivity of tumors by regulating Nrf2 pathway. However,the current research is limited to the cellular level,and there is a lack of studies on the whole animal.
