行气祛瘀汤煎煮工艺研究

【摘要】 目的评价不同煎煮工艺对行气祛瘀汤中一般煎煮药物丹参和特殊煎煮药物木香、砂仁的影响,以制订最佳煎煮工艺。方法分别以丹参酚酸B、木香挥发油、砂仁挥发油的含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,改进煎煮工艺。结果行气祛瘀汤中丹参酚酸B的最佳煎煮条件为,在正常大气压下,药材浸泡30 min,然后在100℃沸水中煎煮40 min;木香挥发油的最佳煎煮条件为,在正常大气压下,药材浸泡30 min,然后在丹参煎煮20 min时投入,再煎煮20 min;砂仁挥发油的最佳煎煮条件为,在正常大气压下,药材浸泡20 min,然后在木香煎煮15 min时投入再煎煮5 min。结论煎煮时间对行气祛瘀汤中的丹参酚酸B、木香挥发油、砂仁挥发油的含量影响最大,其次为浸泡时间,煎煮温度和煎煮压力的影响不明显。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of different decoction techniques on the general decoction drugs of Radix aucklandiae and Amomum villosum in Xingqi Quyu decoction to formulate the best decoction process. Methods L9( 34) orthogonal testing method was used to improve the decoction process by taking salvia phenolic acid B,Radix aucklandiae volatile oil and Amomum villosum volatile oil as the indicators. Results The best decoction conditions of salvia phenolic acid B in Xingqi Quyu Decoction were: soaked the medicinal materials for 30 min at normal atmospheric pressure,and then decoction for 40 min in 100 ℃ boiling water; the best decoction conditions for Radix aucklandiae volatile oil were: soaked the medicinal materials for 30 min at normal atmospheric pressure,and then decoction for 20 min when the salvia was under decoction for 20 min; the best decoction conditions for Amomum villosum volatile oil were: soaked the medicinal materials for 20 min at normal atmospheric pressure,and then decoction for 5 min when the Radix aucklandiae was under decoction for 15 min. Conclusion The decoction time has the greatest effect on the contents of salvianolic acid B,Radix aucklandiae volatile oil and Amomum villosum volatile oil in Xingqi Quyu Decoction,followed by soaking time. The effects of decoction temperature and pressure are not significant.
