基于等级赋分法的医院评审评价综合评分方法研究

【摘要】 目的结合等级赋分法对医院评审评价结果进行分析,为进一步优化医疗质量和服务提供技术支持和参考。方法对56家医院评审评价结果进行标准化分值转换并计算综合得分,绘制频数分布直方图和二维象限图。结果 56家医院综合得分的最大值为61.91分,最小值34.87分,中位数50.09分,均数49.69分,标准差6.94分。经Shapiro-Wilk正态性检验(统计量W=0.969 073,P=0.159 4),符合正态分布。二维象限图结果显示综合得分结果分布在第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ象限的医院数量分别为28家、14家、14家、0家。结论等级赋分法法可将医院评审评价原始等级评价结果转化为百分制得分,进一步绘制二维象限图,为医院管理的持续改进方向提供技术依据。

【Abstract】 Objective Combined with the rank assignment method to analyze the hospital evaluation results,to provide technical support and reference for further optimizing medical quality and services. Methods The evaluation results of 56 hospitals were converted into standardized score,the comprehensive scores of each hospital were calculated,the frequency distribution histogram and two-dimensional quadrant graph were drawn. Results The maximum comprehensive scores of 56 hospitals is 61.91,the minimum value is 34.87,the median is 50.09,and the mean is 49.69,and the standard deviation is 6.94. Through Shapiro-Wilk normality test(W=0.969 073,P=0.159 4),the comprehensive score distribution conforms to the normal distribution. The the two-dimensional quadrant graph results show that the number of hospitals in the Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ quadrants is 28,14,14,and 0,respectively. Conclusion The rank assignment method can convert the original grade evaluation results into a hundred-point system score,and further draw a two-dimensional quadrant chart. The study can provide a technical basis for the continuous improvement of the hospital management.
