【摘要】 目的调研发现目前医院存在的问题,分析主题教育后医院解决问题的成效,推动医院精细化管理工作。方法通过收集总结和频数统计医务人员和患者最关心的问题,找出目前医院管理中亟待解决的问题。结果对106位院内职工和217位就诊患者进行主题调研,收集到10项关注人次最多的问题,其中院内职工最关注停车难问题(57人次),患者最关注就医流程复杂、排队等待时间长问题(97人次)。结论要将主题教育贯穿始终,深入开展调查研究,将问题真正整改到实处。以主题教育的开展引领建设,提高整改落实重视程度;明晰医疗质量标准落实执行的提升目标;增强服务临床意识,提高职工满意度;进一步优化护理人员晋升机制;致力营造良好医患环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the problems of the hospital,to analyze the results of hospital solving problems,and to promote the refineness development of the hospital. Methods The topic of education research was carried out to collect the questions of medical personnel and patients, and the most urgent problems in hospital management was found. Results Theme survey was done on 106 staff and 217 patients,and 10 items attracted most attention. 57 staff paid attention to park difficulty, and 97 patients paid attention to complicated medical process and long queue waiting time. Conclusion It is suggested to carry out the study of the theme education continuously,do in-depth conduct of the investigation and research, and rectify the problems.
