【摘要】 通过对2003—2019年我国法定传染病发病情况分析、中外新型冠状病毒肺炎流行情况比对以及区域性传染病医院现状分析,发现我国法定传染病总体发病率呈上升趋势、疾病谱发生改变,突发新发传染病不断出现。当下传染病医院在应对突发新发传染病中尚存在诸多问题,建议把传统传染病医院改造升级为防、治、研及康复于一体的"平战结合"式新型智慧传染病医院,以能更好地防控突发疫病、保障人民健康、提升我国国际竞争力和影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in China from 2003 to 2019,the comparison of the prevalence of COVID-19 between China and foreign countries, and analysis of the current situation of regional infectious disease hospitals, it is found that the overall incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in China is increasing, the spectrum of diseases has changed and novel emergent infectious diseases are constantly occurring. There are many problems in the current infectious disease hospitals during dealing with the novel emergent infectious diseases. And it is suggested that the traditional infectious disease hospitals should be rebuilt and upgraded to a new type of intelligent infectious disease hospitals integrating prevention, treatment, research and rehabilitation that can working in both peacetime and wartime, so as to better prevent and control unexpected epidemic,safeguard Chinese people’s health,and enhance the international competitiveness and influence of China.更多还原
