【摘要】 目的基于计划行为理论,结合医德医风测评体系特点,研制医务人员医德医风行为的评估工具。方法利用上海市某三甲综合医院的有效员工调查数据,研究设计了医务人员医德医风行为测评量表。结果医务人员医德医风行为测评量表由行为态度(含信念强度、行为结果)、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为意向5个因子组成,经检验量表具有良好的信效度。结论医务人员医德医风行为测评量表为医院管理者医德医风建设工作提供了工具参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the planned behavior theory,and in view of the features of evaluation system of medical ethics,to measure the medical ethical behavior of medical staff. Methods Using the valid survey data from Shanghai A Tertiary General Hospital,developing an assessment tool for measuring the medical ethical behavior of medical staff. Results The assessment tool comprised five dimensions of attitude towards the behavior(including salient beliefs and outcome evaluations),subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and behavior intention. This tool was proved to be reliable and valid. Conclusion The scale is an adequate tool to assess the medical ethical behavior of medical staff for hospital administrators.更多还原
