【摘要】 目的运用"基于住院病案首页数据的心血管临床专科评估框架",对全国部分医院心血管临床专科医疗质量维度进行评估。方法梳理112所医院重点疾病和手术/操作的ICD编码,按照评估框架分别计算47个指标,依据医院纳入标准,运用基于数据的多指标综合评价方法,对医疗质量维度的四类指标分别进行排序,进而对每所医院的心血管临床专科医疗质量维度进行排序。结果纳入综合评估的56所医院中,心血管临床专科医疗质量维度排序前10位的医院分别是SX08、ZJ01、HN01、SX09、YN05、SD01、ZJ02、YN08、SX07、SH02。结论运用"基于住院病案首页数据的心血管临床专科评估框架"中医疗质量维度评价医院心血管临床专科的医疗质量是可行的,可根据评价结果对医疗质量情况进行深入分析,从而持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through using the cardiovascular clinical specialty evaluation framework based on hospitalization summary reports,to evaluate the quality of cardiovascular clinical specialty medical treatment in some hospitals in China. Methods Combing priority diseases and 112 hospital surgery/operation of ICD coding, 47 indicators were calculated respectively according to the evaluation framework. According to the standard,and through using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,the data of medical quality dimension of four indexes were ranked.And medical quality dimensions of cardiovascular clinical specialists in every hospital were ranked. Results The 56 hospitals included the comprehensive evaluation,the top 10 hospitals ranked by the quality dimension of cardiovascular clinical specialty were SX08,ZJ01,HN01,SX09,YN05,SD01,ZJ02,YN08,SX07 and SH02. Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate the medical quality of cardiovascular clinical specialties in hospitals with the medical quality dimension in the evaluation framework of cardiovascular clinical specialties based on Hospitalization Summary Reports,and the medical quality can be further analyzed according to the evaluation results,so as to make continuous improvement.更多还原
